Incorporated in 1844, Fulton Township was originally part of  Little Britain Township.   It is named for inventor, engineer & artist Robert Fulton.

Fulton Township Board of Supervisors have signed a copy of the county declaration of disaster emergency resolution on March 20, 2020.
